Downtown parking meters run until midnight, hurting the small businesses on San Fernando that make this city worth visiting. The Starlight Bowl has been stuck in a planning process since 2012. These aren't abstract policy debates. They're things that affect us, every day. Chris isn't a career politician. He's your neighbor, and he has a plan to fix what's broken without losing what we love about this city.
